Once you understand "Why People Are Fat" youwill be on your way to taking control of your life and becoming the person youhave always wanted to be. If you read this and do nothing you will fall intothe trap that 95% of the people find themselves.

 

Statistics shot up first with just 5% of people in"civilized" countries (not just theUnited States) becoming labeled"OBESE." Then, "medicine" increased its knowledgeconsiderably in the past 15 years alone by about 800%.Yet, just a few years laterthis obesity stat jumped from 5% to 25%.

 

Then most recently it was considered "accepted"that some 40% of people living in the United States are obese -- and shockinglythis statistic was just recently revised with estimates suggesting between55%-62% of Americans alone are now categorized as obese!

 

Before a decade ago, people living in the Orient had lessthan 1% of the levels of heart disease, liver disorders, cancers, strokes, andeven behavioral problems such as add and learning disabilities. Today, thosenations that accept regularly our imports show almost the same levels of thesesickening illnesses and horrible diseases just like in theUS.

At presentJapanrefuses to accept these meat and dairy exports from theUnited States,and they still have less than 1% of these sicknesses and obese citizens!

It may surprise you to know that almost all the thingscausing Oriental citizens to become as sick as American citizens were theso-called pesticides and preservatives that our FDA claims are to "protectus."

 

A study was run observing people living in theUS whowere not getting sick, only to discover a clear pattern as well:

These people were not eating the foods at public grocerystores -either entirely or less as often.

 

Further, people who once were sick and obese but wholater conquered both obesity and disease were people who had"detoxified" their bodies of all this "chemical & harmfulgarbage".

 

It was eventually discovered that the Precise reason why88% of all people are FAT and getting very sick.

Be regular and punctual to avoid unwantedcontingencies to skip the exercising day’s dependency. Young blood can startwith a Light exercise and could increase the amount of weights (Dumbles) in agymnasium and lean and thin person with bony figure could avoid heavyexercising and must rather show there dependency over Aerobics(Light weightexercises); Avoid Electronic Gadgets as well

 

 

2) Cycling :

 

This medium of Exercising has been under privilege sincemany moons ago and has proven till today to be the ultimate form of solution tothose teens who are not financially sound and could only show there dependencyover the usage of Cycling to have sudden and accurate results of Flat Tummy.Push-up the Paddle of the bicycle as hard as possible early in the morning andtry to cover a longer distance of many (kms) in a day to stress up and to bringupon as much perspiration as possible to warm the body. The number of distancecovers minuses the amount of Fatty acids and hard deposits of the stomach tohave a chance of flat belly in return.

 

3) Climbing Stairs instead of ‘Lifts’ :

·    Do not use `Lifts`frequently in Departmental Stores or Malls;

·    Climb the `Stairs` ofthe house/Office place/shopping complexes excessively;

·    Try to avoid climbing`Slow` being alive and kicking as a `Youngster` instead run up and down overthe stairs;

·    Prevent the use of `ElectronicEscalators` in public places rather `Walk` over the escalators as well forclimbing up and down.

·    `Meditation and Yoga` :Yoga in normal parlance to this cosmopolitan society has also proven to be theultimate tool of `Obesity` control of the stomach. The monks and sages + otherre-known `God messengers` believe to have shown the true power of `Yoga` andit’s concerned exercising techniques to control mind and overall functioning ofthe organs of the body. Different `Asans` or `Exercising Terminologies` areused upon to flatten the stomach but requires an ample amount of time as it isfruitful to teenagers. Please! Take the necessary precaution as well asinformation before knowing the usage of `Yogic exercising` all alone but rathershow the dependency over the `Instructor/Trainer of such exercises. It helpscontrol blood pressure and normal flow of blood into the arteries or veins ofthe muscles the major cause of `Obesity`.

·    `Junk Food` :

         Avoid `Junk Food` or `Fast Food` like:Burgers/

         Pizzas/Hamburgers/ Hotdogs, etc.

·    Prevent yourself fromgoing to the cafeterias or other public restaurants every now and then;

·    Help yourself with`Marine Food Diet` such as: Sardines; crabs; fishes; prawns and aquatic plants,etc. They have the tendency to digest the food immediately rather than causinga food deposit inside the stomach;

·    Prepare the `Food`consisting `Gravy` in abundance at home. Food with gravies doesn’t getdeposited in the small and larger intestines and helps in breaking the food toreach to the bowel areas to be flushed out instantly.

·    Heavy alcoholicinfluence leads to `Obesity` for teens and their conditions because they becomeaccustomed to visiting pubs and Bars each day and booze themselves outcompletely form longer span of time.
